When you cancel your subscription at any point during your monthly billing cycle. Your account and music will remain active until the end of this billing period.
To cancel your Adaptr subscription:
- Select Account in the sidebar
- Click on Billing
- Click on the setting gear icon
- Click on Cancel Subscription
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Adaptr and your playlists. You can reactivate your subscription by selecting a plan under Billing.
